We're looking for experienced drivers to fill our fleet. Requirements include but are not limited to:

EXPERIENCE- 2 year’s verifiable similar equipment experience required.

LICENSE- Class A CDL license required, which is currently in good standing. Endorsements not required.

MUST BE 23 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER

VIOLATIONS- No major violations in the past 5 years are allowed. No more than 2 minor violations over the past 3 years.

ACCIDENTS- Drivers may only have 1 at fault accident with $15,000.00 in damage or less in a 3 year time period.

DRIVER QUALIFICATION- Has not failed or refused drug and/or alcohol test in the previous 3 years.

Able to pass DOT Physical Examination, with a two-year certification.

No felonies with in a 10 year period, subject to circumstances. FWCC, Incorporated may request documentation.

Drivers must have reliable transportation to and from work as well as a home and or cellular phone to be reached.

Drivers must have checking or savings account for electronic direct deposit.

PAY SCALE Per experience **effective 10/01/07** 2-3 years 32cpm $10.00 HR 3-4 years 33cpm $11.00 HR 4-5 years 34cpm $11.00 HR 5-6 years 35cpm $11.00 HR 6+ years 36cpm $12.50 HR * Experience must be verifiable with good references and work history. **cpm- cents/practical mile. ***FWCC, Incorporated also offers a bonus of 1cpm for 5+years of dedicated service. |
